Do Something Day embraces everything Fierce Threads believes in.
Do Something Day started as a movement for people to give back to their local community through random acts of kindness.
Fierce Threads is all about:
making change simple and affordable for our local community,
producing locally,
giving something back,
being kind and… most people have called us random at some stage!
You could stick with the random acts of kindness theory and do something nice for a stranger “just because” or you could interpret the concepts a bit more broadly.
Doing Something to give back to your local community doesn’t need to be big. It doesn’t even need to be noticed by others. It could be simple like picking up trash you find in the street, using a re-useable coffee cup, speaking to your neighbour in the elevator or even giving the bad driver in front of you some extra time and space to work out where on earth they are going.
Today, Fierce Threads will Do Something by working on adding a new product to our store. Keep your eyes peeled!
