Fierce Threads (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates www.fiercethreads.com.au (the “Site”). This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for purposes that help us to run our business. This may include but is not limited to providing and improving the Site, processing orders and contacting our customers. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, postal address and contact information (“Personal Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials as well as updates and changes to our policies.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We love what we do and we we believe in sharing the love with our customers.
We hope that you will be delighted with all your Fierce Threads product purchases so in the unlikely event that we have sent you an item that is not as described or there is a manufacturing error, we will do our very best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Of course, you will need to contact us via email first at email@example.com within 14 days of your order. It would be most helpful for us if you include a clear description of the issue and maybe a photo or two so everything is easily understood. Then we will reply to your email to confirm that we have received your request to return a product and to advise you of what to do next.
In most cases, your next step will be to post the item back to us in unused, original condition for a replacement or a store credit of the full purchase price of your item.
We are pleased to offer 100% carbon neutral delivery through our B Corp registered primary shipping partner Sendle. For all purchases, standard shipping rates apply according to the weight and size of your combined items. For remote locations outside of Sendle National delivery area, we use Australia Post at no extra cost to you.
We offer flat-rate shipping within Australia of $8 for items up to 500g and $13 for items up to 2kg.
Please note: To minimise waste, impact on the environment and additional shipping cost for our customers, Fierce Threads does not use plastics or unnecessary branded packaging on our items.
Orders are delivered via Sendle within 5-7 business days to all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 business days transit for regional areas. If you are in a remote location, your item will be sent by Australia Post and you should expect your delivery to arrive within 10 business days.
All orders include tracking for your peace of mind.
Orders are dispatched every Monday and Thursday from our location in Sydney. We do not ship orders on NSW and Australian National public holidays.
Fierce Threads only ships within Australia at this stage.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from Fierce Threads. Your conformation email will include your Postal tracking number. You can track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email and by entering your tracking number. If you are unable to locate your tracking number please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service team will assist you with your inquiry.

If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can assist you.
We will try our best to make sure you receive your parcel as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
If your goods are damaged in transit, please notify Sendle.

Absolutely! If you live, work or play locally (Sydney’s lower northern suburbs) and you are happy to pick up your items, we provide a FREE Fierce Threads click and collect service on Mondays 10am to 3pm at our location in Artarmon and by appointment at our location in Cremorne. Also, we are happy to provide the same service for our customers to click and collect whenever we have a stall at a market or event. Keep an eye on our Instagram and Facebook accounts for upcoming dates and locations.

To make a click and collect order, we recommend placing your order through our Facebook page.
On the day of collection, please show a current valid photo ID to the Fierce Threads staff member and we will hand over your order with a smile. What could be easier? Oh! Please make sure that you email us to let us know if someone other than you will be collecting your order.
